 Mordialloc Superules Football Club


Mordialloc Superules Football Club (MSFC) provides an opportunity for players 35 years and over, to enjoy the game of Australian Rules Football in a fun, friendly and family environment.


Superules football is played with a set of modified rules designed to reduce the risk of injury and is acknowledged and sponsored nationally by the AFL.

Since its inception in 1999, MSFC has won three premierships, and it is currently fielding two teams in the Victorian Metro Superules League -Southern Division.

Ben Kavanagh Reserve Redevelopment has been approved!
At the December 14 Council meeting, Kingston Councillors approved the funding model to build a new 2 storey pavilion at Ben Kavanagh Reserve, estimated to cost between $3.8M -$4.0M

Pavilion Highlights
– 2 Storey with a large second storey multi-use social space with a viewing balcony
– 4 change rooms offering flexibility so that males/females/children can get changed separately at the same time
– Kitchen and bar upstairs to service the 200msq social rooms
– Canteen downstairs
– Gym area
– New ground lighting
– Electronic scoreboard
– Netball court to be built with lights – giving our netball Club a social home and a training base
